Three Easy Steps To Connection

As I reflect on the themes of my blog, which often seek out emerging problems with my clients, family, friends or those they have recently interacted. I like to look at shared stories and themes, and like Twitter, my experience has taught me that there is a tendency of life issues. The one in the foreground is the real fear in relationships, there is a universal longing for meaningful connections at work, home and socially, however, people are choosing to stay away and protected, not wanting to leave out the same thing are want to create in their lives.

I do not know if the age of Internet, text messaging and Facebook has created an opportunity to let go of personal or social connections if these options are formed from the source of the trouble of being real with others. Enjoying the comfort and functionality of electronic innovations have revolutionized our ability to communicate, which seems to have gone overboard is a real connection. I'm surprised how many times someone chooses a text easily and quickly to address the big problems instead of coming to talk about the deepest needs of people are expressing.

If you are longing for a wealth of relationships that currently does not exist, here are three easy steps you can take right now:

1. Confidence: trust yourself first, you're worthy, amazing and has something to offer the world that nobody else can do, so what you are sharing with others is not only essential to your happiness to help others as well. Second, the confidence that despite surface appearances, other people are feeling like you are wanting more and just do not know how to create it. By taking the first step in opening up a greater connection with others to create the change you wish to see in the world. Finally, confidence in the value of the connection to improve their lives. Although not everyone will want to make this journey with you, which create many unforeseen opportunities that can only come after having had the courage to create the connection.
2. Be real: Once you have taken the initiative to open to connect with others in a meaningful way, it is important that you honestly what you are sharing with them. There is nothing more powerful than a person who is willing to reveal vulnerabilities, errors, past pains, aspirations and dreams with others, because despite being very personal touches universal themes such experiences in all our lives. Revealing that you are human, in touch with who you are and brave enough to share, lets others do the same, deepening the connection and offer new ideas, attitudes and solutions to evolve in a way impossible without such interactions.
3. Stay focused on what you are: As you begin to change and offer the opportunity for greater connection, around you have to adapt to change. Some will welcome and others are tied by the changing tide. The key for you will remain anchored in the value of a true connection and allow others to make the decision that is best for them at the moment. If you are unsure how to respond to a particular person, return to step one and repeat!

If we want a genuine relationship in our lives, we must first connect to that part of us that knows they deserve vibrant and healthy relationships. As our own ability to allow these relationships in our world, we set off on the way to create in every area of our lives. By following these three simple steps we can transform the quality of life by increasing the enjoyment of being with the people who interact with every day. Through this connection greater than we are opening the way to greater satisfaction for all those with whom we relate and that is the mark of an extraordinary leader!
