Most of us manage physical issues for the purpose of using tissue paper to think. However, scrapbookers it is not always the case. 10. Decoupage a blank, or soft tissue of Christmas ornaments customize it for scrapbooking.
11. Use the tissue collage ... 2 or 3 dimensional background and gluing pieces of forms
12. Chicken wire forms for decorating on parade floats
13. Flowers, flowers, and create order
Here's an important note - make sure the colors in your blood when they get wet tissue papers or other parts not on the elements of your project. At this point no one in particular archival quality layout or design you are working on is important.
